We put great care into what goes under the roof too. Using the highest quality synthetic underlayment, our materials lay flat on the roof for a seamless, watertight appearance. When it comes to shingles, we are certified by GAF as a Master Elite Contractor which means we can offer the strongest factory backed certified warranty in the business: GAF’s GOLDEN PLEDGE® Warranty. This includes full, non-prorated material plus labor coverage for as long as you own your home.
What makes us different from other Roofers?
There’s nothing complicated about roofing. Water runs downhill, and a roof is supposed to keep it out of your house. Like anything else though, there is a right way (and a wrong way) to do it. As one of the most trusted roofing companies in Hampton Roads, we have decades of experience. We take advantage of all the latest training and tools to perfect the roof we will put on your home.
Roofing Debris Control System
There are tons and tons (Literally – the average shingle roof weighs 7200 lbs.) of debris, flashing and nails that have to come off your roof and make it into a debris container. Usually this means a big mess. Shingles get torn off, thrown on tarps on the ground, and dragged off to wherever the debris container is placed, leaving nails and pieces of shingles strewn everywhere.
Messy
So we have trained our install teams to make certain that as they tear off the old and prepare for the new the trash lands in the right place. At the end of the job we even use magnetic rollers to double check that all the loose nails have been picked up.
When we leave it’s like we were never there!

Of course, tearing a roof off is only half of it. The part that keeps the weather out is really, really important too! We use the highest quality synthetic underlayments that resist tearing and lay nice and flat on the roof for a great appearance.
